I read this as I sit in a legislative committee meeting about to debate what exactly constitutes animal torture and who should be punished and for how long. Utah Senate Bill 297 for the record.

ReplyDeleteWhere would last week's Humane Society video of downer cows fall in the Utah legislation? It was enough to make me vegetarian...
